For glasses we need a prescription or the eye test result if it is made in China and an original bill attached with a receipt. It is covered 90% of charges up to 300 EUR Per calendar year and per person.
A prior approval is necessary for dental care such as bridges, crowns, denture, and implants: please send a quote with x-rays.
